EOHSI Network Services Help Menu
- Click on the Outlook Web Access link to access this service.
- Enter your EOHSI logon credentials.
- Select the webmail@EOHSI radio button,
and enter your email username and password. - Then click on Log in to use the selected service.
- Select the Network Services radio button,
and enter your email username and password. - Then click on Log in to use the selected service.
This login screen allows access to the following web applications:
Outlook Web Access for EOHSI Microsoft Exchange e-mail web access
Webmail@EOHSI for EOHSI legacy Sendmail e-mail web access
Network Services for workorder requests and equipment scheduling
Q: What is Outlook Web Access?
A: Outlook Web Access (OWA) is the web mail component of the new EOHSI mail system, Microsoft Exchange Server, that allows traveling faculty and staff to read their email securely from a remote location via any web browser.
NOTE: The recommended browser for OWA is Internet Explorer 6.0 and can be viewed with any current Mozilla or Netscape browser.
Q: What is Webmail@EOHSI?
A: Webmail@EOHSI is an EOHSI legacy web application, SquirrelMail, that allows traveling faculty and staff
to read their email securely from a remote location via any web browser.
NOTE: This service will be decommissioned at a later date
Q: Do I have to include the full email address to use these web applications?
A: No, you can omit the (@eohsi.rutgers.edu) portion after the username.
For Outlook Web Access, please note:
Exchange users will have all messages, contacts, calendars, and mail rules displayed.
For Webmail@EOHSI, please note:
IMAP users will have all messages displayed.
POP users will only have new messages displayed.
